Let's talk about focus and motivation

I feel like I can do more if I stick to my main pass, if I only focus on what I really have to do...
For example, keep my running schedule, gym routines, cook dinners twice a week for my family, smile to my colleagues every morning and so on.
I know, what I have to do to reach my goals!!!
So, why oftenly I find myself off the road? How fast I can back on track?
At the end of the day, some things put us down without any obvious reason...
I think it is all chemistry, hormones based chemistry...
What I would like to do is to be able to prescribe myself a medicine to stay focused and motivated.
So herebelow is my secret motivational list.
To stop endless hunger:
Go shopping
Run or Jog or Walk - any movement can help
Organize your closet or just clean your house
Meet with your friend
Find any good reason to get out of home
To keep your sport routine:
Appoint fitness partner
Plan the training and start it with your favorite exercise
Set a prize when the goal is achieved - a coffee/ glass of wine with friends/ tasty meal
To maintain your family life:
Put them in your schedule
Share your plans with other people to feel acountable
Even romance can be planned
And the most important is to plan in advance, but stay flexible and adaptive to the required changes.
