A word warmly said gives comfort even to a cat!

Today I realized once again how dependent we are from our environment. Having made the first attempts to write about my life experience in this Blog, I sent a link to a few of my close friends, hoping for some supportive remarks back, of course. Have not received too many or even at all, I got pretty worn out, and kept silence for over two weeks.

There were plenty of ideas to share, in my heard, but all seemed unworthy of your attention...

BUT today I spoke with one of those friends and was told that toward his 40th birthday he plans start running and go through a course of integrative nutrition course (which i have completed a year ago). He told me, as well, that the inspiration was taken from this BLOG🤗!!!

Finally, it made my day to know that my work can contribute to people's motivation. It influenced me, as well, and caused me to write this post and remind all of us how important is to share your ideas and provide feed backs to people who do so.
